Sony Xperia Tipo Camera Review The Xperia Tipo camera is a 3.15 MP camera capable of shooting pictures with reoslutions upto 2000x1500 px approximately. The camera records videos at a mere VGA resolution which is not impressive. But considering the low end configuration of Tipo and the status of an entry level smartphone, there shouldn't be any high expectations when it comes to camera quality and video recording capabilities. Xperia Tipo camera does not feature auto focus and LED flash which basically means taking pictures in the dark is as good as taking shots in the dark :) The Xperia Tipo does not feature a secondary camera (no front facing camera) which basically implies that video calls are going to be impossible.
