Chè bánh lọt by TrúcNhi 50 gr bột (Pure Water Chestnut Flour/ Starch) 1/2 tsp pandan paste (lá dứa đặc kẹo) 250 ml nước lọc (room temperature drinking water) 300 ml nước sôi (boiling water) 1 muỗng canh phần đặc của nước cốt dừa (hiệu Savoy)/ 1 TBSP cream of coconut Quậy tan đều tất cả thành phần trên ngoai tru nuoc soi / Mix well all the above ingredients except boiling water Sau đó 1 tay khuấy hỗn hợp trên, một tay cho từ từ 300 ml nước sôi vào khuấy đều, bắt lên lò khuấy cho bột chín./ Then gradually add 300 ml boiling water into the mixture while stirring the mixture. Stirring and cooking the mixture on stove top (medium heat) until done.
